Croscill Galleria, Bedding Collection of The Year 2011

If you are a bedding and home décor enthusiast like me – you may have wished that the bedding industry had an award ceremony every year to honor the most popular bedding collection of the year – similar to the ESPN’s sports personality of the year or MTV’s video music awards – where bedding shoppers and home décor fans like you and I could vote on and choose the best bedding ensemble.

Croscill Galleria Red Bedding

Croscill Galleria Red - Bedding Collection of The Year 2011

Over the past years that award probably have gone to Waverly’s Country Life Black, a classic black and white toile collection, and then Croscill’s Townhouse and then classic Chambord bedding sets.

Well in 2011, there is a clear winner – the Croscill Galleria Red bedding collection, is clearly the bedding collection of the year – Croscill has done it again. In Galleria Red, Croscill has created an opulent, luxorious bed set with universal appeal.

The Galleria bedding collection by Croscill Bedding features a lavish patchwork jacquard which is abundantly rich in style, color and fabrication. The Croscill Galleria comforter, standard shams, and decorative pillows feature an impressive combination of paisley, damask, diamond, and lattice motifs woven with chenille and metallic yarns in a warm, spice-toned color palette. Galleria  Red’s coordinating European pillow shams and 15 inch tailored bedskirt use a vertically striped chenille fabric that beautifully complements the patchwork and serves as an accent on the decorative pillows. Beaded tassels further enhance select decorative pillows. Pole top drapes feature the same patchwork as the bedding and add the ascot valance to the curtains and complete your look.

Here’s just some of the comments from actual Croscill Galleria Red customers

“I admired this bedding collection for almost a year before making a purchase, I even ordered a swatch of fabric and decided against it.  I was afraid the material on the comforter would “pull” like my other jacquard comforter had, so I was very hesitant to make a purchase that would cost that much (I needed 3 window sets).  I was very, very, very pleased when my purchase arrived.  The textiles that made up the comforter were of a very high quality…no chance of “pulling” on this fabric.  Big and sizey comforter to go on top on coordinating sheets.  Sheets were oversized for deep fitting mattress and didn’t shrink, so they still fit nicely.  But what was breathtaking, was once everything was on the bed and the windows made and the sheets turned back, the colors were deep and rich and there wasn’t anything that said ”cheap” about this collection. I am sooooooo pleased with this set.  Not only does it look good, but it sleeps good too!!!!! “

“I bought a new mattress/box spring and thought new bedding would be a good idea.  The Croscill Galleria Bedding is perfect!  The fabric is exceptional, the colors are deep and vibrant.  Every piece is very well made.  This bedding is an extraordinary value.  Best of all, it’s beautiful and I could not be more pleased.”

“The feel and texture of the sheets are wonderful.   The color was  exactly as I expected from the web picture and I am very happy with the color.  My favorite product is the comforter.”

“I love this set, it is beautiful! The comforter has beautiful colors and definitely exceeded my expectations! I remember looking at it online and falling in love with it….finally talked my husband into getting it and when it came, it was even prettier in person. We are very happy with this purchase!”
